AAIA ACES xml schema version 3.0 for exchanging Automotive Aftermarket catalog application data. (c)2003-2009 AAIA All rights reserved. We do not enforce a default namespace or "targetNamespace" with this release to minimize the changes required to existing instance documents and procedures. Ties the instance document to a schema version. Ideally four uppercase chars without vowels but legacy included some vowels so we exclude just the ones necessary for each character position. A Part Type references the primary key in the Parts PCdb table. A Position references the primary key in the Position PCdb table. Vehicle Attributes reference the primary key in the associated VCdb table. Either a Base Vehicle (which includes a year) or a Make / Year-Range combination must be included with each application.
